Unless you are a certain type of Bride (and we're not saying its a bad thing), then you probably haven't been keeping a scrapbook with wedding ideas, fabrics, colours and magazine cuttings since the age of six.
The world is bulging with websites, forums, magazines, blogs and even tv channels all dedicated to giving you great ideas for your wedding. The big question is - where can I find inspiration in a world overloaded with information?
Can we give you some advice (and we won't be offended if you choose to ignore us), but here it is - enjoy yourself when planning your wedding, open a bottle of wine, log onto the internet and click til you think your hand will drop off. Buy, beg or borrow magazines from previously married friends, join forums to chat to other brides, find wedding bloggers you like and follow their posts - all of these will give you ideas for your big day.
One other major source of information are wedding suppliers themselves, talk to venues, florists, cake makers and photographers, all of which will be able to help turn your ideas into reality, most will be happy to have a chat, after all they have been involved in a lot more weddings than you have.
